Where is AdhereRx™ located?

AdhereRx™ operates two high-volume pharmacies in the United States. Our flagship pharmacy is located at 118 Mackenan Dr., Suite 200, Cary, NC 27511. Our newest facility is located at 1343 N. Colorado St., Gilbert, AZ 85233.

Can I try AdhereRx™ without a long-term commitment?

Yes. There is no long-term commitment.

What information do I need to provide to join the AdhereRx™ program?

Once you join the AdhereRx™ program, we’ll conduct a complete medication review with you over the phone. During the medication review, we’ll ask you about your medications and vitamins, the prescribing doctor, any recent hospitalizations or ER visits and your insurance information. We will bill your insurance directly and all you need to pay is your co-pay.

What are your hours of operation?

AdhereRx is open Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm EST.

What if I need to reach AdhereRx™ after-hours?

How often will I be contacted by AdhereRx™ pharmacists?

Our pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will be in touch with you on a monthly basis to conduct regular medication reviews. Someone from our team is also available 24/7 for emergency medication support and to answer any questions you might have by calling: 866-463-5550.

How does AdhereRx™ work with my health plan?

We work directly with your health plan and bill them directly for your medications. If your health plan requires a copay, you are responsible for them and any over-the-counter (OTC) products you request. Copays are set by your insurance plan, and these fees often differ from pharmacy to pharmacy. If AdhereRx is not currently in your insurer’s network or is not a preferred pharmacy for your plan, you can still use AdhereRx services and request the cost of your medications to be provided in writing.

How much will I pay AdhereRx?

Your health plan determines your benefits and copays, if any. AdhereRx™ services, including delivery are FREE. All you need to do is pay your copay if there is any.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, if you live in one of our courier delivery areas. If you do not live in a courier delivery area, then a credit card as well as your signature will be required for mail delivery.

How will my medications be packaged?

Your medications will be shipped together so you will receive all your medications at the same time. Medications are delivered with easy-to-read bottle labels as well as a medication list that you can share with your doctor or other caregivers. We will also send you a FREE pill organizer to help manage your medications.

What happens to my current prescriptions?

Our licensed clinical team will work directly with your current pharmacy to transfer the medications. We’ll also coordinate with your doctor for refills if needed.

Does AdhereRx™ order my refills?

Yes, our team will order your refills for you every month. We’ll call your doctor directly, order your refills and schedule them for delivery. You never have to worry about your medications running out.

What if my medications change?

Your doctor will order any necessary medications through AdhereRx™.

What if I need a prescription filled today or right away?

If you have an urgent medication need, our staff will arrange local fills for you to pick up.

Do you package liquids and inhalers?


Do you package Schedule II narcotics?
